Cancelation Policies

A minimum of 30-day’s notice is given in advance of your monthly dues date. Written notice is to be sent to AmbianceMedSpa@gmail.com. As of the effective date of a cancellation, any unused rollovers expire 30 days after cancelation date. 

 

Memberships are a minimum of three months. Membership cancellations must have a 30-day advance written notification. Reminder, any pending membership dues within the 30-day period will be charged and credited to member services to be used within a 30-day period after cancelation.

 

 If you cancel prior to the end of your terms, (3month period) you will be billed a $50 cancellation fee in addition to the pro-rated fees. There are no refunds on services and cannot be redeemed for product. 

 

Exceptions are as followed:

You may cancel your contract in the middle of your series on the following conditions:

  • You move more than 25 miles away, with proof of address provided to management. (utility bill preferred)   
     

  • You have a permanent disability with a written note from your doctor. Once you have been approved for cancellation, your membership will be cancelled, effective immediately
     

  • Ambiance Medi Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership program upon advance prior written notice.
